Delivery and Shipping

a. Product Availability & Order Cancellation

All product orders are subject to availability. If supply difficulties arise or a product becomes out of stock, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made. Where possible, the Company may suggest substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If the user does not wish to purchase a substitute product, a full refund will be issued.

b. Product Withdrawal & Order Refusal

The Company reserves the right to withdraw products from the Website, edit content, or refuse to process an order even after an order confirmation has been sent. In exceptional cases, orders may be declined at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company shall not be liable to users or third parties for withdrawing products, modifying Website content, or refusing an order after confirmation.

c. Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellation

The Company will attempt to deliver products within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner will make up to three attempts. If all three attempts fail, the order may be canceled at the Company’s discretion, and the product will be returned to the Company. In such cases, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and delivery charges.

d. Risk & Ownership Transfer

Risk for the purchased products transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the products remains with the Company until full payment, including delivery charges, has been received. If payment is pending at the time of delivery, ownership is transferred only upon successful receipt of full payment.
