Cancel & Refund Policy

1. Warranty and Returns

a. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return or exchange products within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. While we strive to offer a pick-up service for returns and exchanges, availability is not guaranteed. In such cases, customers must arrange their own return shipping.

b. Pick-Up Policy & Return Exceptions

Each order is eligible for only one pick-up for returns or exchanges, even if the issue arises due to a logistical or operational error on our part. Items marked as final sale or sample units (which may have minor imperfections) are not eligible for return or exchange.

c. Return Eligibility & Unauthorized Shipments

Returns must be sent back with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unauthorized inbound shipments or returns that do not meet eligibility criteria may be discarded or recycled without notice and could result in additional service fees or future service restrictions.

d. Refund Processing

Refunds may be processed as store credits. At the Company’s sole discretion, refunds may also be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

e. Defective Products

For defects discovered within 14 calendar days of purchase, customers should contact [email protected] using the email associated with the order. As a small business, we cannot process claims for standard or defective products beyond this time frame.

f. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers should navigate to "My Orders" on their account page, select the order they wish to return, choose the item, and submit the request. The item should then be placed in the original parcel and handed over to the designated delivery personnel.

g. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received, it will be examined, and customers will be notified via email regarding their eligibility for a refund or replacement. We aim to process refunds or replacements within 30 days of confirming eligibility.

h. Condition of Returned Products

Products that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition upon return will not be refunded. Customers must take reasonable care of the products while they are in their possession.


2. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation Window

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for packing or shipped from our warehouse. Only unprocessed orders may be canceled.

b. Refund for Canceled Orders

Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

c. Refund as Store Credit

Refunds may be processed as store credits. At the Company’s sole discretion, they may also be returned to the original payment method.

d. Unauthorized Charge backs

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that once a product has been delivered, initiating a charge back, payment reversal, or similar dispute with the payment provider—without first contacting our customer support—violates these Terms of Use. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
  2. Recover administrative or legal fees incurred due to the dispute.
  3. Pursue further legal action if necessary.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit :

1. What's your return policy?

We offer a return or exchange policy within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that shipping and return fees will be applicable, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. How do I return an item?

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the item, such as a tee, is unused, with tags and packaging still intact.
  2. Visit your order page on the website and initiate the return process.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and schedule a pickup.
  4. We provide one pickup attempt as a courtesy, but please note that this pickup is not guaranteed.

3. What if the pickup doesn't work?

If the pickup attempt does not work, you are responsible for arranging the return yourself. You will need to ship the item back using a carrier of your choice.

4. Can I return Final Sale or Clearance items?

No, Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable. These items are sold as-is, which means they may have imperfections, and they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

5. Do you charge shipping for exchanges?

Yes, shipping fees are always charged at checkout for exchanges. These fees apply regardless of the reason for the exchange, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Are there any restrictions on using store credit?

Yes, there are some restrictions on using store credit:

  1. Store credit can only be applied to full-price items.
  2. It is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  3. Store credit is non-refundable.
  4. It cannot be used on sale or discounted products.

7. What happens to my free shipping or combo discount if I return or exchange something?

If you return or exchange items that were purchased with free shipping or a combo discount, the value of those discounts will be deducted from your refund. This ensures that the total amount refunded reflects the final price after discounts.
