These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the disclosure of rules, regulations, privacy policies, and terms of use for accessing or using a platform. These Terms govern access to the website www.estuna.in (“Website”), owned and operated by Shasti Global Traders, located at No.56, Kulathu Pirivu, Bannari Main Road, Chikkarasampalyam (PO), Sathyamangalam (TK), Erode District - 638401.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and the Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Verification of your contact details via a one-time password (OTP) may be required before completing a transaction.

If we detect any such activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report it to the relevant authorities. 3. Contract of Sale

a. Displaying a product on our Website constitutes an invitation to offer, and placing an order represents your offer to purchase the product(s) from us.

b. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not signify acceptance of your offer.

c. The contract of sale is only concluded when the product is dispatched, and a confirmation email/SMS is sent regarding the shipment. All orders are subject to product availability.

4. License

5. Pricing and Payment Mechanism

a. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company without prior notice. Various payment methods are available, each subject to additional costs or terms.

b.Credit/Debit Card: Payments via VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, and other supported cards are debited upon order placement. Orders may be rejected based on card verification checks.

c.Cash on Delivery (COD): Available based on location. Additional fees may apply. Rejecting a COD order may result in service restrictions.

d.UPI, Digital Wallets, and Net Banking: Payments will be debited immediately upon placing an order.

e.Gift Cards/Vouchers: Valid for one year from the issuance date and applicable only to full-price items.

f.Store Credits: Must be used via the registered email and are non-refundable upon order cancellation or return.

g. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

h. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to external factors, and COD fees are non-refundable.

6. Communication & Unsubscription

a. By using the Website, you consent to receive promotional messages and updates via call, SMS, email, or other digital means.

b. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the messages.

7. User Responsibilities

e. The Company (including its owners, consultants, advertisers, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees) does not guarantee the suitability of the Website’s contents, data, software, products, or services for any particular purpose. A notice shall be deemed received if:

The Company can demonstrate that the notice (physical or electronic) was sent to the user.
The notice has been posted on a publicly accessible section of the Website.

13. contravention

a. Violations & Disciplinary Actions

The Company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and disclose user information if required by authorities, subpoenas, or legal actions.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, partners, and representatives from any losses, liabilities, expenses, costs, claims (including third-party claims), or damages (including but not limited to lost profits) arising from unauthorized attempts to:

15. Termination

d. Payment Obligations

The Company will not respond to complaints arising from your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.
