These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the disclosure of rules, regulations, privacy policies, and terms of use for accessing or using a platform. These Terms govern access to the website www.estuna.in (“Website”), owned and operated by Shasti Global Traders, located at No.56, Kulathu Pirivu, Bannari Main Road, Chikkarasampalyam (PO), Sathyamangalam (TK), Erode District - 638401.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and the Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). You will be eligible to proceed with an order only after submitting the required details, including your address, preferred delivery options, and payment information. Verification of your contact details via a one-time password (OTP) may be required before completing a transaction.

b. You agree to use the Website solely for legitimate inquiries or orders and shall not place speculative, fraudulent, or false orders. If we detect any such activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report it to the relevant authorities. You must provide accurate and complete contact details, failing which, we may be unable to process your order.

c. You agree to:

(i) Immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access or security breaches related to your account.

(ii) Log out of your account after each session to prevent unauthorized access.

The Company reserves the right to verify your account information at its sole discretion.

d. The Company, its employees, agents, directors, and officers shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms. We may, at any time, suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, or remove content without prior notice.

e. You are responsible for restricting access to your account and must accept liability for all activities conducted under your login credentials. Any failure to safeguard your account details is your responsibility, and the Company is not liable for any resulting loss.

f. By using the Website, you authorize the Company to use your account details in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If any information you provide is found to be incorrect or misleading, the Company reserves the right to terminate access without notice.

3. Contract of Sale

a. Displaying a product on our Website constitutes an invitation to offer, and placing an order represents your offer to purchase the product(s) from us.

b. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not signify acceptance of your offer.

c. The contract of sale is only concluded when the product is dispatched, and a confirmation email/SMS is sent regarding the shipment. All orders are subject to product availability.

4. License

a. The Company grants you a limited, revocable license to access and use the Website for purchasing products and processing returns/refunds, subject to applicable policies.

b. The Company may, at any time, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if it determines a breach of these Terms.

c. The granted license does not permit:

(i) Resale or commercial use of the Website.

(iii) Any use of the Website beyond its intended purpose.

5. Pricing and Payment Mechanism

a. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company without prior notice. Various payment methods are available, each subject to additional costs or terms.

b.Credit/Debit Card: Payments via VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, and other supported cards are debited upon order placement. Orders may be rejected based on card verification checks.

c.Cash on Delivery (COD): Available based on location. Additional fees may apply. Rejecting a COD order may result in service restrictions.

d.UPI, Digital Wallets, and Net Banking: Payments will be debited immediately upon placing an order.

e.Gift Cards/Vouchers: Valid for one year from the issuance date and applicable only to full-price items.

f.Store Credits: Must be used via the registered email and are non-refundable upon order cancellation or return.

g. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

h. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to external factors, and COD fees are non-refundable.

6. Communication & Unsubscription

a. By using the Website, you consent to receive promotional messages and updates via call, SMS, email, or other digital means.

b. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the messages.

7. User Responsibilities

a. Users shall not upload, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

b. Users must use their best judgment before making transactions and assume full responsibility for their actions.

8. User Conduct

a. Lawful Use

d. e. The Company (including its owners, consultants, advertisers, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees) does not guarantee the suitability of the Website’s contents, data, software, products, or services for any particular purpose. The Company can demonstrate that the notice (physical or electronic) was sent to the user.
The notice has been posted on a publicly accessible section of the Website.

13. contravention

a. Violations & Disciplinary Actions

14. Indemnification
